• It’s important to first discuss the topic of independence. Senior living looks different to just about everyone. When it’s done right, senior living is an individualized supplemental type of care that empowers you to have the most amount of independence possible. Whether it’s the convenience of letting someone else handle the cooking and cleaning, or the needed assistance with managing the growing number of medications or any other of the many challenges that the activities of daily living may present, senior living is there as your safety net.

  • 3:1 during the day with a caregiver at night.  This is one of the biggest benefits of our residential model.  Your loved one gets a lot more 1:1 care and the care is more tailored to their needs and desires.  The larger, institutional facilities simply cannot match this ratio or provide the amount of 1:1 care.

  • Most everything.  Three meals a day with snacks prepared by our in home chef, housekeeping, laundry, towels/linens, help with ADLs (such as showering, dressing, grooming, assistance with eating), activities, events, and more.

Additionally, there’s no requirement for a long-term lease agreement. We offer a month-to-month rental term.

  • We provide three meals a day like the other facilities, but that’s where the similarities stop.  Remember, this is a residential home.  No need to travel long distances to a cafeteria.  Just walk to the kitchen or ask a resident assistant for a snack or beverage at any time.

Our in home scratch kitchen ensures we provide healthy and delicious meals and snacks.

Dietary requirements or restrictions such as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc. can easily be accommodated by our team.

  • We coordinate activities based on our residents’ requests, interests and needs.  This includes specially designed (and fun) activities to keep the mind sharp and the body limber.  We also incorporate card games, movies, pet therapy and exercise routines into daily life.  It all starts with our resident’s preferences

  • All of our suites come with TV & cable services already provided. We also offer furniture packages that make moving in a cinch!

Alternatively, your loved one is more than welcome to bring in their own furniture if they prefer.

  • Schedule a visit and let her see the home and meet the other residents and staff.  She will be pleased to see how much independence and freedom they will have while at Majestic Rose.

If she has close friends and she’s afraid of losing touch with them, assure her that they can visit anytime, just like they do now.  Additionally, we provide video chat tools she can use anytime.

  • Each resident will have an emergency call system on them personally that is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have caregivers on site at all times that are trained to respond to emergencies immediately.

Our state-of-the-art sprinkler and security systems also provide an extra level of safety.

  • We consider our residents family, not a patient in a facility.  We encourage family and friends to come and visit their loved ones at a time that works best for them.  Bring the grand kids and join in on the activities!

  • Yes.  We have a medication management program that is designed specifically to eliminate any medication errors.  Residents can use their own pharmacy or our preferred pharmacy provider.
